Lisa Scoville
Founder and Principal
Lisa founded Bluerae to create an exciting environment
in which to explore new communications directions and opportunities for a
range of clients. She has more than 15 years experience in creative and strategic
design work. Lisa combines an engaging sense of style and outlook with an
artful mind for strategy. She has a unique ability to process detailed information
and multiple perspectives to develop visual solutions that are both clean
and potent.
She received a B.F.A. in Graphic Design at the Rochester Institute of Technology, a school renowned for its expertise in the graphic design industry. She continues with ongoing education in design and multimedia. Lisa has sat on the board of the Boston chapter of American Institute of Graphic Arts, attends industry conferences regularly and is actively involved in the design community.
Tracy Mazzuca
Principal
Tracy takes a strategic approach to solving design challenges. For more than
ten years, Tracy has worked closely with clients to gain a thorough understanding
of their business objectives and challenges, combining this knowledge with
visual artistry to create design appropriate to the message. Keenly aware
of the power of imagery, Tracy strives for freshness in her designs while
reflecting the particular style and philosophy of the client.
Tracy earned a B.F.A in Visual Design and a B.F.A. in Photography from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Her work has been honored with awards from national graphic design and communications organizations.
Maureen O’Connor
Vice President, Marketing
Maureen comes to Bluerae with 15 years of “real world” marketing
experience. From classical marketing to grass roots, working with shoe-string
or multi-million dollar budgets, she has successfully directed the client
side of the marketing equation. Maureen’s approach is to quickly identify
core issues and seek out a range of appropriate solutions. With marketing
and data closely integrated, she sets tracking mechanisms up front to ensure
maximum success and to quantify and continually improve results.
Maureen earned a B.S. in Management Science and an M.I.B.S. in International Business from the University of South Carolina, one of the nation’s top international business programs. She has also studied direct marketing at New York University and taken additional courses in HTML and eMarketing. She has served as Director of Internet Marketing for Broadview Networks and currently has contract assignments with both Beth Israel Medical Center and Maimonides.

Food of all kinds, travel anywhere and everywhere (Antarctica is the last continent to go!), family big and small (cocker spaniels included), humor, topless Jeeps and classic 4WDs, golf (putt putt too), poker and/or blackjack, the Sox, the Yankees, and the Mets, sun and sand, snow and mountains, chickens, hand thrown pottery, and caffeine.
